GUIDELINES IN THE DESCRIPTION OF IMPORTED ARTICLES

For the strict observance by all concerned is CMO 46-94 entitled "Guidelines in the Description of Imported Articles".

This re-circularization is being made in view of CMO 5-98 implementing Joint Order No. 1-91 as amended which mandates among others, that shipments not conforming to the convention on the proper description of goods shall be subject to mandatory pre-shipment inspection.
