“Resolve, as it is hereby resolved, that upon recommendation of Management and without prejudice to COA Regulations and pertinent laws on the matter, the Board hereby approves the imposition of the Environment and Tourism Administrative Fee (ETAF) and the Guidelines on the Collection thereof from Accommodation and Other Tourism-Related Establishments*, a copy of which is incorporated herein by way of reference.”
