PHASING-OUT THE REGISTRATION OF BRANDED VERSION OF REGISTERED UNBRANDED DRUG PRODUCT AND UNBRANDED VERSION OF REGISTERED BRANDED DRUG PRODUCT (MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-A, S. 1992)

Effective immediately, the registration of branded version of registered unbranded drug product and unbranded version of registered branded drug product, as provided by Memorandum Circular No. 10-A, s. 1992, is hereby phased-out and revoked and the registration of the above shall be in accordance with Bureau Circular No. 6, s. 1999.
