SEMINAR FOR APPREHENDED DRIVERS

All concerned LTO employees especially those who are responsible in the conduct of seminars apprehended drivers are hereby instructed to strictly implement the requirement for seminar. Those drivers who committed violations which require attendance in traffic safety lectures should not be allowed to have their cases settled without attending the lectures. It shall be the responsibility of all Regional Directors to see to it that this requirement is being followed strictly in their respective regions. This is to ensure traffic safety on the road and to help ease the traffic condition.
