DECLARING MONDAY 13 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS , the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon marks its 435 th Founding Anniversary on 12 November 2017:

WHEREAS, to enabse the people of the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon, to celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan of Gumaca requested that Monday, 13 November 2017 be declared as a special non-workrng day, instead of 12 November 2017 which falls on a Sunday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA Executive Secretary, by authority of the President RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday 13 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.
