AMENDMENTS TO THE MANUAL OF REGULATIONS FOR NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS - PAWNSHOPS (CIRCULAR NO. 656 DATED 2 JUNE 2009)

Adopted: 28 January 2011

The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 24 dated 6 January 2011, approved the attached [*] amendments to Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions - Pawnshops issued as Circular No. 656 dated 2 June 2009.

Existing rules and regulations specifically affected by the provisions of this Circular are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or in newspaper of general circulation.
