PROHIBITION IN THE RELEASE OF TRAVEL RECORDS OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS
In view of the present threats of terrorism and pursuant to the Memorandum dated 16 November 2002 of Department of Justice Secretary Hernando B. Perez, the travel records of the President, Vice-President, Senate President, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Senators, Members of the House of Representatives and Members of the Cabinet shall not be divulged unless and until the prior written approval of the Secretary of Justice has been secured.
