CONTINUOUS IMPLEMENTATION OF SUGAR ORDER NO. 6, SERIES OF 1995-1996, DATED 22 DECEMBER 1995

In order to clarify the issue regarding the continued effectivity of SRA Order No. 6, Series of 1995-1996, dated 22 December 1995, Re: Reclassification of 1992 -1993 and 1993-1994 “D” or World Market Sugar to “B” or Domestic Sugar, this Office hereby reiterates that the aforesaid Sugar Order has not been recalled nor revoked.

In view thereof, Sugar Order No. 6, Series of 1995-1996, dated 22 December 1995, and its implementing guidelines, Circular Letter No. 14, Series of 1995-1996, dated 09 January 1996, shall remain in full force and effect.
