AN ACT CONVERTING THE PROVINCIAL ROAD FROM THE ROAD JUNCTION OF THE NORTH NATIONAL HIGHWAY 3, AT KM. 316.8 BARANGAY MAGSAYSAY PASSING THROUGH THE POBLACION TO THE ROAD JUNCTION OF THE MANILA NORTH ROAD AT KM. 315.3 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUDIN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted, by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:

SECTION 1. The provincial road from the road junction of the Manila North National Highway 3 at km. 316.8, Barangay Masayoc, passing through the poblacion of Tagudin, to the road junction of the Manila North Road at Km. 315.3, in the Municipality of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the improvement and maintenance of said road shall continue to be funded out of the lump sum appropriation authorized under Batas Pambansa Blg. 640 for the repair and maintenance of local roads until such time that the maintenance funds for said road shall have been provided for in the succeeding appropriations acts.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
