ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 83 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judges, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders from this Court:

1. Hon. LYLIHA A. AQUINO, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 4, Tuguegarao, Cagayan, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 5, same court, in addition to her regular duties in her own court;

2. Hon. ANTONIO N. LAGGUI, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 10, Aparri, Cagayan, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 8, same court, in addition to his regular duties in his own court;

The abovementioned judges are entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
