CLASSIFYING THE NEWLY CREATED PROVINCES OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE AND ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

Upon the recommendation of the Auditor-General and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, the provinces of Zamboanga del Norte and Zamboanga del Sur created by Republic Act Numbered seven hundred eleven are hereby tentatively classified as first and second class, respectively, based on their estimated annual income at the time of their organization.

This classification shall take effect as of the date of the organization of said provinces.

Done in the City of Manila, this 6th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
