CUSTOMS MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 9-97
As a preventive measure against port congestion/overstaying cargoes and in order to protect the interest of the government as well as the claimant on importation of perishable goods undergoing seizure proceedings, all are reminded to strictly enforce CMO 9-97 (see NAR Vol. 8/2, p. 284).
