FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE E-PAYMENT SYSTEM

Further to POEA Memorandum Circular No. 5 series of 2015 on the implementation of the E-Payment System, all concerned agencies are reminded that effective 1 July 2015, the processing and issuance of Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) of agency-hired workers shall be done only through the E- Payment System. Beginning 1 July 2015, agencies which have not enrolled in the E-Payment will not be able to access the E-Submission System which is a component of the E-Payment System.
