DECLARING FRIDAY, 31 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PANABO, DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Friday, 31 March 2017, marks the celebration of the 16th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Panabo, Davao del Norte;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Panabo, Davao del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Friday, 31 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo, Davao del Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
