DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, Thursday, December 1, 2005, celebrates the 434th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cainta;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, December 1, 2005 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.
