DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

WHEREAS, on 25 January 2024, Thursday, the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte will mark the celebration of its 453 rd Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 25 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
