HOLD THE RELEASE OF SHIPMENT

You are hereby directed to HOLD THE RELEASE OF ANY SHIPMENT exported/shipped by YUGEN GAISHA NISHO of TOICHIGI-KEN, JAPAN, whoever the consignee/importer is; and ANY SHIPMENT consigned to SINSEI ENTERPRISES, INC., with address at 5F/JSC Trans Star Bldg., 423 Magallanes St., Intramuros, Manila or Room 301 Visard Bldg., No. 19, Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City, whoever the exporter/shipper is.

Any release of shipment subject to this memorandum shall be cleared from this office.
