DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 26 January 2024, Friday, the City of Cadiz, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 50 th Dinagsa Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR ., do hereby declare Friday, 26 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
