[ PROCLAMATION NO. 40, July 30, 1962 ]

EXTENDING THE FOURTEENTH ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE COMMUNITY CHEST OF GREATER MANILA

WHEREAS, the period from June 1 to July 15, 1962, has been set aside for the fourteenth annual fund campaign of the Community Chest of Greater Manila under Proclamation No. 31, dated May 30, 1962;

WHEREAS, said organization needs additional time for the successful prosecution of the campaign;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fourteenth annual fund campaign of the Community Chest of Greater Manila up to August 15, 1962.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 30th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-two.
