CREATING A FACT-FINDING COMMITTEE TO LOOK INTO THE ALLEGATIONS CONTAINED IN THE PRIVILEGE SPEECH OF SENATE PRESIDENT ERNESTO M. MACEDA

There is hereby created a Fact-Finding Committee to look into and investigate the allegations contained in the privilege speech of Senate President Ernesto M. Maceda delivered on November 29, 1996. The Fact-Finding Committee shall be composed of the following:

Chairman – Secretary, Department of Budget and Management

Members – Secretary, Department of Environment and Natural Resources

– Chairman, Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council

Within thirty (30) days from issuance of this Order, the Fact-Finding Committee shall submit to the Office of the President, thru the Office of the Executive Secretary, the Committee’s initial progress report.
