AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINUNANGAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE HINUNANGAN MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established in the Municipality of Hinunangan, Province of Southern Leyte, a ten-bed municipal hospital to be known as the Hinunangan Municipal Hospital.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
