AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING FROM PUBLIC USE A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE ARSENIO LACSON UNDERPASS, LOCATED IN QUEZON BOULEVARD, QUIAPO, DISTRICT III, MANILA, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

PRINCIPAL AUTHOR:

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. That portion of the Arsenio Lacson Underpass, located in Quezon boulevard, Quiapo, District III, Manila, which is being used for commercial purposes is hereby withdrawing from public use.

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on January 30, 2014.
