DECLARING TUESDAY, 01 DECEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 01 December 2020, Tuesday, the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of its Sumbingtik Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies , subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 01 December 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.
