[ PROCLAMATION NO. 106, December 11, 1948 ]

FIXING DECEMBER 15, 1948, AS THE DATE OF EFFECTIVITY OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED AND SIX.

By virtue of the power conferred upon me by section 92 of Republic Act No. 306, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby fix December 15, 1948, as the date of effectivity of said Republic Act, entitled “An Act Creating the City of Legaspi.”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 11th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the third.
