AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE PANGASINAN GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN TO GOVERNOR TEOFILO SISON PROVINCIAL MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled: SECTION 1. The name of the Pangasinan General Hospital in the City of Dagupan is hereby changed to Governor Teofilo Sison Provincial Memorial Hospital.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
