COLLECTION OF COMPUTER FEES

Upon successful completion of the functional and other applicable testing, Certificates of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the modules of the Motor Vehicle Registration System (MVRS), Driver's Licensing System and Revenue Collection System (RCS) were issued for Palayan, Tacloban and Puerto Extension Offices.

Accordingly, in compliance with the applicable User Acceptance Test Plan, you are hereby directed to commence the collection of the computer fee for the MVRS and DLS modules applicable to your respective sites, as follows:

MVRS P120.00 P12.00 P132.00

DLS P48.00 P4.80 P52.80

All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after publication in three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
