DECLARING SATURDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. NIÑO, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sto. Niño. Province of South Cotabato will be celebrating its 43 rd Founding Anniversary and the 24 th Hinublag Festival on 23 December 2023;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sto. Niño to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR ., do hereby declare Saturday, 23 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sto. Niño, Province of South Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
