DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 29 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINANGONAN, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 29 March 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Binangonan, Province of Rizal will mark the celebration of its 123 rd Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Binangonan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 29 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Binangonan, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
