PENALTIES OF ERRING VIDEO ESTABLISHMENTS

Pursuant to Board Resolution No. 98-12-134. as adopted in its Regular meeting on December 07, 1998 held at the Board Room, 3rd Floor CSP Building, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, the following are the guidelines for the imposition of additional penalties for operations conducted' by the Videogram Regulatory Board against erring video establishments:

I Search Warrant Operations:

a. For licensed videogram establishments found to have violated VRB rules and regulations

closure of the establishment for 20 days only

b. For non-registered video establishments

Automatic closure of the establishment

II Inspection Operations:

a. For non-registered video establishments

Automatic closure of the establishment

b. For licensed video establishments:

I. First Offense 15 days suspension of license and closure of the establishment

II. Second Offense 30 days to one month suspension of license and closure of the establishment

III. Third Offense

Permanent closure and inclusion in the black list of habitual delinquent recidivist establishment.

The above shall take effect after 30 days from its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
