DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 15, 2008 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS , Monday, July 14, 2008, marks the 1st anniversary of the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental, as a city;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulgan, Negros Oriental, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 14, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
