DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, COTABATO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 21, 2003, marks that Golden Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato, be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency GLORIA MACAPAGAL –ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 21, 2003, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato..
