IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FULL DISCLOSURE POLICY

To empower prospective Overseas Filipino Workers to make responsible decisions prior to his engagement for overseas employment, the implementation of the Full Disclosure Policy, a mechanism whereby all parties to a contract declare the real terms and conditions in all aspects of the worker's employment, is hereby ordered.

The POEA shall formulate the guidelines necessary to implement the said policy.
