REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR OVERSEAS SHIPPING SECTOR

Pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 474, Executive Order No. 125/125-A, and in compliance with E. O. No. 218 and the Implementing Rules and Regulations for E. O. Nos. 197 and 218 under DOF-DBM Joint Circular No. 2000-2, the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) shall collect and impose the revised rates of Fees and Charges listed in ANNEX “A” * hereof.

Any provision of existing MARINA Memorandum Circulars and issuances which are inconsistent with the Circular are hereby repealed/modified accordingly.

This MARINA Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication once in a newspaper of general circulation.
