AMENDMENT TO DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 119, SERIES OF 1991, GUIDELINES IN THE HOLDING OF SIMULTANEOUS BIDDING FOR INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS

To avoid inconsistency with the Procurement Procedures of lending institutions, Guidelines in the Holding of Simultaneous Bidding of Infrastructure Projects as embodied in Department Order No. 119, Series of 1991 shall apply only to all locally-funded projects.
