EXEMPTION FROM SGS PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION OF TAX FREE IMPORTATIONS UNDER P.D. 87, 972 AND 1442

We are pleased to furnish you, for your information/guidance, pertinent documents concerning exemption of your importations from SGS Pre-Shipment Inspection, to wit:

1. Letter from International Operation Sector, Central Bank dated January 8, 1992;

2. Memorandum of Governor Jose C. Cuisia, Jr. to all commercial banks and all concerned regarding amendment to Joint Order 1-87;

3. Amendment to Paragraph 3 of Joint Order 1-87, implementing the Comprehensive Imports Supervision Scheme (CISS); and

4. OEA Memorandum Circular No. 91-06-03.
