AMENDMENT OF MEMORANDUM DATED 28 JANUARY 2009 “ VALIDITY OF POLICE CLEARANCE SUBMITTED AS REQUIREMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE APPLICATION”

For the information and guidance of all concerned Office Memorandum dated 28 January 2009 third paragraph thereof is hereby amended to read as follows:

Th e police clearance for professional Driver’s license shall be secured from the Police Headquarters where the applicant resides or works and may be accepted in any LTO Licensing Center/District Office.

All memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.
