AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAPINIG, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LAPINIG AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established in the Municipality of Lapinig, Province of Northern Samar, an agro-industrial high school to be known as the Lapinig Agro-Industrial High School.

SEC. 2. The Director of Secondary Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SEC. 3. Such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of said school shall be provided in subsequent General Appropriations Acts, until which time the operation of the institution as a national high school shall be deferred.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
