DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 AUGUST 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LILOY, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 22 August 2025, Friday, the Municipality of Liloy, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of its 74 th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Liloy be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 22 August 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Liloy, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
