DECLARING FRIDAY, 10 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 10 January 2020, Friday, the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 80 th founding anniversary and 20 th Hinugyaw Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 10 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
