DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 AUGUST 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KABANKALAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 02 August 2024, Friday, the City of Kabankalan, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 27 th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kabankalan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 02 August 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Kabankalan, Province of Negros Occidental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
