RULE ON SAMPLE EPISODES

Please be informed that in October 11, 2000 Meeting of the Board, the following resolution was unanimously approved, to wit:

<BLOCKQUOTE> "That the Board will only review sample episodes that have not yet been aired and are reflective of the program's line-up for the season being applied for, thus denying the review of sample episodes if the said policy is not followed, with the corresponding review fees forfeited in favor of MTRCB." </BLOCKQUOTE>
