[ BSP MEMORANDUM, July 23, 1992 ]

DELETED FROM THE CENTRAL BANK WATCHLIST

Effective immediately, MAAB No. 01 dated February 06, 1991 is hereby amended so as to delete from the Central Bank Watchlist the following:

Cherokee Apparel Corporation

Enrique K. Razon, Jr.

Abelardo G. Teodoro

Accordingly, all export declarations/permits (EDs/EPs) covering exports of any commodity and applications for the purchase of foreign exchange for whatever purpose that may be filed by said firm/persons may be given due course by authorized agent banks without need of referral to Central Bank, provided such applications comply with all other Central Bank rules.

Moreover, the use by said firm/persons of the Central Bank rediscounting facility as well as the foreign currency loan facility under Circular No. 1317 dated December 11, 1991, is hereby restored.
