MOTOR VEHICLE CLEARANCE

In the best interest of the service and in order to minimize if not eradicate the registration of carnapped vehicles, you are hereby directed to require the submission of the Macro-etching examination Certificate in addition to the Motor Vehicle Clearance prior to registration of the following types of application of a motor vehicle:

Change engine

Change chassis

Change color

Rebuilt

Transfer of ownership

New Motor Vehicles

Any person found violating this order shall be charged administratively.

All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded. This order takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication.
