LIFTING THE SUSPENSION OF TRI-STAR BUILDERS AND TRADERS FROM PARTICIPATION IN DPWH BIDDINGS

TRI-STAR BUILDERS AND TRADERS having been suspended for one (1) year from participation in public biddings conducted by the Department due to involvement in the bidding irregularities of the improvement of Access Board to Boso-Boso Dumpsite in San Mateo, Rizal, pursuant to Department order No. 86, series of 1989 and the aforestated period is now duly served, the request for the lifting of the suspension is hereby granted.

Accordingly, Department Order No. 86, series of 1989 is revoked effective immediately.
