AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF ALL THE PORTIONS OF THE FRIAR LANDS ESTATES REMAINING UNDISPOSED OF.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

SECTION 1. To carry into effect the provisions of Commonwealth Act Numbered Thirty-two, the sum of seventy-five thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be at the disposal of the Director of Lands under the direction of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, to defray the expenses of the subdivision of all the lands acquired by the Government under the provisions of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and twenty, known as the Friar Lands Act, as amended, and still undisposed of.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
