AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE EXPENDITURE OF THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF MAIL AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TELEGRAPH AND RADIO STATIONS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-THREE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. The expenditure of the following sum out of the funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated is hereby authorized, in addition to the appropriation contained in Act Numbered Three thousand and sixty:

JJ.— BUREAU OF POSTS

MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES

526A. Freight, express, and delivery service, including the transportation of mail, and establishment of telegraph and radio stations P150,000.00

Total of additional appropriation for the Bureau of Posts 150,000.00

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
