CREATING A MONITORING CENTER FOR SUGAR SUPPLY TO NCR CONSUMERS

In the interest of the service, a Monitoring Center for Sugar Supply to NCR Consumers is hereby created with the following functions:

1. To receive calls from consumers re: source of supply and prices and to direct/refer said callers to retailers accredited by sugar traders as participants in the distribution/sale of raw/refined sugar in the Metro Manila area;

2. To monitor the availability of sugar at the accredited retail outlets;

3. To submit to the Office of the Chairman/Administrator daily reports on supply to and sale of sugar by accredited retail outlets;

4. The Monitoring Center shall be under the direct supervision of the Manager III, PCRO;
