AN ORDINANCE REALIGHING THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION, FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY-THREE PESOS (PHP. 2,048, 243.00), IN SALARY SAVINGS FROM, UNFILLED POSITIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY TREASURER FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1 TO JUNE 30, 2014 UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 8329, TO BE APPROPRIATED AND TRANSFERRED FOR THE PAYMENT OF OVERTIME AND NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL SERVICES RENDERED FOR THE PERIOD JULY TO DECEMBER 2014

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Two Million Forty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Three Pesos (PhP. 2,048,243.00), in salary savings from unfilled positions in the Office in the City Treasurer for the period January 1 to June 30, 2014, under Ordinance No. 8329, shall be realigned and appropriated for the payment of overtime and night differential services rendered for the period July to December 2014:
