DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS , Thursday, February 26, 2004, marks the 67th Charter Day Anniversary of Zamboanga City;

WHEREAS , it is fitting that the resident of Zamboanga City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Thursday, February 26, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 17thday of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Four.
