ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 37 -99 RE: ATTENDANCE AT THE FOURTH JUDICIAL CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR FIRST-LEVEL COURT JUDGES UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

Pursuant to the provisions of Article VIII, Section 6 of the 1987 Constitution and Administrative Order No. 6, dated October 11, 1998, the Judges of the First-Level Courts listed below are designated participants of the Fourth Judicial Career Development Program for First-Level Court Judges under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) in coordination with the U.P. Attendance in the live-in Seminar shall be manatory and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS with all expenses for travel and accommodation chargeable to the funds of the UP Institute of Judicial Administration.

The participants should be at the premises of the Supreme Court (Padre Faura bldg.), Manila, at 6:00 o'clock in the morning, Tuesday, July 27, 1999, where a shuttle bus will transport them to the seminar site.
